Package Pricing:

  • 6 visit - $210 - $35 per visit - includes adjustments and other modalities required necessary per visit.

  • 12 visits - $390 - $32.50 per visit, includes adjustment and needed modalities.

  • 18 visits - $540 - $30 a visit - includes adjustments and modalities.

  • Wellness Plan - $100 per month

    • This includes 7 visits per month - no rollovers (resets every month) to not only allow wellness type care but help control acute flare ups of new or chronic issues. Adjustments only included for these visits, other modalities are an upcharge.

ChiroSource Wellness offers FAA BasicMed exams in Pensacola, FL for eligible pilots who need a BasicMed physical exam completed as part of the FAA BasicMed process. If you are looking for a BasicMed exam near Pensacola, our office provides a straightforward visit for pilots who need the physical exam portion of FAA BasicMed certification requirements. Please note that we do not perform AME exams and we are not able to issue First Class, Second Class, or Third Class FAA medical certificates. If you need an official FAA flight physical or FAA medical certificate exam, you will need to schedule with an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME). The fee per exam is $100.

Ongoing visits:

After the first visit, pay per visit options are $55 a visit, or it can be $30-35 per visit with package options.

First visits: The very first visit is $45 for a wellness based adjustment.

*Note this pricing applies to wellness code S8990, which is not eligible for insurance reimbursement, or cannot be used for those that are Medicare eligible acute injuries, or those involved in personal injury cases - as these do not into the “Wellness” category unless it becomes chronic or one has reached maximum medical improvement.

Other Wellness plans now available:

Family Wellness Plan: $200 per month, for 3+ adults on a plan that gives 7 visits per person per month (recommended weekly visits plus 3 additional visits in the plan).

Couple Wellness Plan: $180 a month for 2 adults- getting 7 adjustments per month per person.

Youth Wellness Plan: $60 a month - getting 7 adjustments per month (recommended 4 visits per month unless there’s acute pain - to avoid hypermobility).

Wellness Members, School and Sports Physicals Grades K-12, and Packages

At ChiroSource Wellness, we keep our prices low because everyone deserves access to quality chiropractic care. We believe relief shouldn’t be out of reach, so we offer affordable rates, membership options, and package deals to fit your budget. Our goal is to make it easy for you and your family to get the care you need, whenever you need it..

In addition to chiropractic care, we now provide convenient school and sports physicals for students in grades K-12. Get your child ready for the school year or sports season quickly and affordably—no long waits or high costs. $30 for School/Sports physicals!

With the second chance act in effect of the 2026 school year - we will have EKG machine in office to fulfill sports physical requirements with the “Second Chance Act”, and have the reports read by cardiologists. This will lead to slight upcharges to include the EKG in the upcoming year. Prices will rise to $55 for sports physicals for the 2026-2027 school year (it is $55 for a 2 day business day turnaround for the report with the exam, and $65 for a 24 hour turnaround for the EKG report).
